First look at Dr Brewlittle’s ! As of 2020, Liberty Brew Tours is officially touring in South Jersey. The LBTSJ series shares our first experiences with our new brewing partners !

Overview

In a rare treat, the Liberty Brew Tours team was able to stop by Dr. Brewlittle’s in the heart of Maple Shade Township, NJ. No, it’s not rare for us to go to breweries. However, Dr. B’s is still in the process of getting ready for the grand opening and aren’t open to the public just yet. Jack and the team were able to give us a sneak preview of the multi-level construction. It quickly became clear from our discussions that this is going to be a beer geek’s paradise, with unique styles to be brewed in the coming days.

The Beer!

Since the fermenters were just being delivered during our visit, there definitely wasn’t any beer just yet. But here’s Dr. B’s official tap list sneak peek:

Dry Stout-4.5%

Double IPA-9%

West Coast IPA-6%

American Pilsner-5%

NE Hazy IPA-7%

Blueberry Saison- 7.5%

Conclusion

Our goal is to be the first in the door at Dr. Brewlittle’s. Once it’s open, be prepared to be regaled with tales of IPAs, saisons, and probably some really funky beer styles.
